BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S FOR ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA

PLACE: Rogers County Courthouse, 219 South Missouri, Commissioner’s Meeting Room 1-109, Claremore, Oklahoma 74017 -

DATE & TIME: Thursday, December 20, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. CST

***CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO BE TAKEN ON THE FOLLOWING LISTED ITEMS ON THE AGENDA***

ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mike Helm called the meeting to order at 9:25a.m.

ITEM 2: ROLL CALL TO ESTABLISH QUORUM: Determine that Notice of Meeting and Agenda were properly posted in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. Chairman Mike Helm and Commissioner Dan DeLozier were present and quorum established and determined that Notice of Meeting and Agenda were properly posted in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. Commissioner Kirt Thacker was absent.

ITEM 3: AGENDA ITEMS:

1. Board of County Commissioners to attend Bid Opening and Reading Aloud of Sealed bid proposals from Contractors/Suppliers for the Rogers County Courthouse (4th Bid – Signage & Courtroom Pews ONLY) ***NOTE***Bids from Sauder Worship Seating and Kivett’s Inc. were received by the County Clerk’s Office on Tuesday, December 11, 2012, and filed in a timely manner, but were inadvertently not taken to the 2:00 p.m. meeting held on Wednesday, December 12, 2012*** B. J. Fay with Flintco read aloud the bids received from contractors on the Courtroom pews, bids were received from Kivett’s Inc., and Sauder Manufacturing Company. An incomplete bid was received from Kivett’s Inc., and was returned in the mail for being incomplete. Commissioner DeLozier made a motion for bids to be under advisement by Flintco and make a recommendation back to the Board at the Regular BOCC meeting on December 26, with Chairman Helm seconding the motion. Roll Call: Helm-aye, DeLozier-aye. Motion carried

ITEM 4: RECESS OR ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Helm made a motion to adjourn the meeting with Commissioner seconding the motion. Roll Call: Helm-aye, DeLozier-aye. Motion carried and meeting adjourned at 9:35a.m.
