NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION

STATE OF OKLAHOMA

TO: NATALLIE MARIE STANLEY and BRADLEY GENE STANLEY or any other person alleging to be the natural parents of ALLISSA CHRISTINE STANLEY, whereabouts unknown.

On the 14th day of September, 2012 a Petition was filed in this Court for the Adoption of Allissa Chistine Stanley, a minor child, without the consent of the natural mother and natural father.  Said Petition is set of hearing on the 21st day of November, 2012 at the hour of 1:15 o’clock p.m. in the District Courtroom of the Honorable Judge Oquin.

Petitioners have alleged in their Petition that pursuant to 10 O.S. 7505-4.1 and 7505-4.2 said child is eligible for adoption because Natallie Marie Stanley and Bradley Gene Stanley have both willfully failed and refused to contribute to the support of the child preceding the filing of the Petition herein, according to said parents’ means, earning capacity, and financial ability.  That no other person is known who would have any duties, rights or benefits to the minor child as the natural parents.

That no meaningful relationship exists between the child and the natural father.  That only minimal supervised visitation has existed between the child and natural mother.

YOU ARE THEREFORE NOTIFIED THAT THE COURT WILL HEAR EVIDENCE IN SUPPORT OF AND IN OPPOSITION TO THE GRANTING OF THE APPLICATION AT THE TIME AND PLACE ABOVE SHOWN WHERE YOU WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE PRESENT AND AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD AT SAID TIME AND PLACE, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE ADOPTION FOR SAID CHILD.  YOU FAILURE TO APPEAR AT SAID HEARING SHALL CONSTITUTE A DENIAL OF YOUR INTEREST IN THE CHILD, WHICH DENIAL MAY RESULT, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OF THIS PROCEEDING OR ANY SUBSEQUENT PROCEEDINGS, IN SAID CHILD’S ADOPTION WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT, THEREBY ULTIMATELY TERMINATING YOUR RIGHTS TO SAID CHILD, IF ANY EXISTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
