NOTICE BY PUBLICATION

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: COMSTOCK BROTHERS, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company

YOU will take notice that you have been sued in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, in Cause No. CJ-2007-391 by virtue of the Amended Petition of the Plaintiffs, MARVIN ASHMORE and DORIS ASHMORE, husband and wife.

Unless you answer the Amended Petition on or before the 15 day of April, 2013, the allegations of the Amended Petition will be taken as confessed and judgment will be rendered accordingly, determining that the Plaintiffs are entitled to their relief as prayed for in their Amended Petition as it effects the following described real property in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

A tract of land in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2 NE1/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Twenty (20) North, Range Sixteen (16) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the East Line of said Section 36 and the North line of Highway 412; Thence North 561 Feet; Thence West approximately 1320 Feet to the West Line of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2 NE1/4); Thence South to the North Line of Highway 412; Thence East along Highway 412 approximately 1320 Feet to the Point of Beginning.

You are referred to the Amended Petition of the Plaintiffs filed in the cause for further particulars.
