NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE is given that on the 22 day of April, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office, Main Courtroom, 201 South Cherokee Avenue, Claremore, Oklahoma 74017, the undersigned Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, will offer for sale and sell at public auction, for cash, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain property located in Rogers County, Oklahoma, which is more particularly described on Exhibit “A” hereto (the “Property”).
The sale will be made pursuant to a Special execution and Order of Sale With Appraisement issued upon judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2009-930 wherein Stillwater National Bank and Trust Company (the “Bank”) is Plaintiff and the above-named Defendants are the Defendants, to satisfy a judgment entered on March 9, 2010, in favor of the Bank as follows: the sum of not less than $110,145.28, together with interest accruing after January 14, 2010, as provided in the judgments, Sheriff’s costs and costs of sale.
The value of the Property as previously determined by appraisers appointed by the undersigned Sheriff is $110,000.00.
Without limiting the foregoing, the persons or other entities, together with such persons’ or other entities’ unknown successors, having an interest in the Property whose interests are sought to be extinguished, including those whose actual address is unknown, being hereby notified are: Theodore A. Jones, Mrs. Theodore A. Jones, if any, The Clear Brook Homeowner’s Association, Rogers County, Oklahoma, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Rogers County, Oklahoma, Cathy Pinkerton Baker, County Treasurer of Rogers County, Oklahoma, and United States of America, ex rel., Internal Revenue Service, and all persons claiming by, through or under any of the foregoing.
