NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE is given that on the 8 day of January, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. at 201 South Cherokee of the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office in Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, but not less than 2/3 appraised value, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
The South Forty-eight (48) Feet of Lot Numbered Ten (10), in Block Numbered One (1), of W.E. CHAMBERS ADDITION to the City of CLAREMORE, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
Said lands and tenements have been appraised according to law at $18,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued upon a judgment entered on the 7th day of August, 2012, in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CS-2011-832, wherein V. LUCILLE WEATHERL same person as LUCILLE WEATHERL and VALERIE A. STAFFORD, were Plaintiffs; and KYLE CAMPBELL and MARYLIN CAMPBELL, husband and wife, were Defendants; judgment was rendered in favor of Plaintiffs in rem and in personam against the Defendants, KYLE CAMPBELL and MARYLIN CAMPBELL in the following amounts:
(a) for the principal sum of $5,889.04 as of August 31, 2011, plus 2009 Ad Valorem Taxes in the sum of $122.80, plus 2010 Ad Valorem Taxes in the sum of $140.51, plus 2010 Special Assessment Fees in the sum of $93.76 for mowing, plus the sum of $300.00 for Record Searches prepared by Rogers County Abstract, plus the sum of $400.00 for 2010 Lawn Care Services, plus attorney’s fees for preparation of Deed in Lieu in the sum of $100.00, plus interest accrued and interest accruing thereon until paid, a reasonable attorney’s fee, all as provided in said note and mortgage, together with all costs of this action
