NOTICE OF SALE
Notice is given that on the 13 day of August, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Rogers County Sheriff’s Courtroom, located at 201 S. Cherokee, Claremore, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said county will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
The North 119 feet of the West 124.75 feet of the NW/4 of SW/4 of SW/4 of Section 16, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M.;, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof,
Sale will be made pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued upon a judgment entered on the 21st day of April, 2009, in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CJ-2009-36 wherein RCB Bank was Plaintiff and Micah Julian Bates, and Spouse of Micah Julian Bates, also known as Cheyenna Renee Vaughan Bates, and Occupants of the Property, who are Micah Julian Bates and Cheyenna Renee Vaughan Bates, were Defendant, to satisfy Judgment in the sum of $53,352.62, plus interest thereon as of January 13, 2009 in the amount of $944.51, plus interest thereafter accrued and accruing at the per diem rate of $8.56968 from January 13, 2009, until paid; plus costs and expenses in the amount of $337.30, an attorney’s fees of $1,500.00 and costs accruing, and the amount of costs incurred in executing upon the judgment including sheriff costs and costs of said sale.
Said lands and tenements have been appraised according to law at the value of $45,000.00.
