NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION
Notice is hereby given that on the 13 day of August, 2009, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. at the County Courthouse in Rogers County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder the following described real property:
Lot Twenty-six (26), Block Four (4), WILLOW GORGE, a Re-Subdivision of a part of Reserve A, Cottonwood Hill, an Addition to the Town of Verdigris, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
Sale will be made pursuant to Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the Office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2009-302, styled: SpiritBank, Plaintiff vs. Jared A. Brown and Susan E. Brown, Defendants, and the execution was issued to satisfy said judgment and for the principal sum of $198,740.75, with interest thereon from December 28, 2008, at the rate of 8.000% per annum until paid; attorney fees in the amount of $2,500.00, plus abstracting costs, late charges, insurance, taxes and property preservation, together with interest thereon at the same rate from the date of said judgment until paid and for the costs of this action.
The property has been appraised according to law at: $270,000.00.
