NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL REPORT AND FINAL ACCOUNT, PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL REPORT AND FINAL ACCOUNT AND DETERMINING HEIRSHIP, AND PETITION FOR FINAL DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of ROSS THOMAS PARSONS, Deceased, that on the 26th day of June, 2009, MELINDA TEEHEE filed in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, a Final Report and Final account, Petition for Order Allowing Final Report and Final Account and Determining Heirship, Petition for Final Decree and Distribution and Discharge in the Estate of ROSS THOMAS PARSONS, Deceased.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 29 day of June, 2009, notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of July, 2009 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., the Final Report and Final Account, Petition for Order Allowing Final Report and Final Account and Determining Heirship, Petition for Final Decree and Distribution and Discharge filed herein by MELINDA TEEHEE, as the Personal Representative of the Estate of ROSS THOMAS PARSONS, will be heard in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma at the Rogers County Courthouse, Courtroom V, Claremore, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
