You, and each of you, are notified that the Plaintiff in the above entitled and numbered cause has filed its Motion to Confirm Sale herein seeking confirmation by the Court of the Sheriff’s sale held in this cause and that said motion has been set for hearing on August 5th, 2009, at 1:30 o’clock p.m., in the District Court Room assigned, at the County Courthouse, Rogers County, Oklahoma.
You, and each of you, are further notified to be present for said hearing at said date, time and place, and show cause, if any you have, why said motion should not be sustained and said sale confirmed.
