Take notice that Carol Sue Griggs has filed in the above court a Petition to have her name changed as follows, to-wit: From Carol Sue Griggs to Carol Sue Collinsworth and that the same will be heard by the District Court of Rogers County Oklahoma, in the County Court House, located at Courtroom I, in Claremore, Oklahoma, on the 21 day of July, in the year 2009, at 9:30 a.m. and that any person may file a written protest in the case, prior to the date set for the hearing.
