NOTICE BY PUBLICATION

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:

The unknown heirs, executors, devisees, trustee and assigns of Ronald Wayne Wrestler, deceased

Said above-named persons take notice that you and each of you have been sued in the District Court in and for Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, by the plaintiff, Glenda J. Wrestler, a/k/a Glenda Joyce Wrestler, now Carley, a married person, to quiet title in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

A tract of land lying partly in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE/4 NW/4) and partly in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW/4 NE/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Fifteen (15) East, Rogers County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of the South Half of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest Quarter (S/2 S/2 NE/4 SE/4 NW/4) of said Section Thirty-three (33), said point being 240 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof, Thence East a distance 653.70 feet; Thence South 6˚ 30’03” West a distance of 116.46 feet; Thence South 71˚07’10” West along the Northerly RWY line of U.S. Highway #169 a distance of 674.91 feet; Thence Northerly and parallel to the West Line of said South Half of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (S/2 S/2 NE/4 SE/4 NW/4) a distance of 333.50 feet to the point of beginning and containing 3.302 acres more or less.

Plaintiff’s suit being for the purpose of quieting plaintiff’s title to the entire fee simple interest in and to the above described premises and to bar and enjoin all defendants and all persons claiming by, through or under them, or any of them from asserting or setting up any right, title or interest in or to said property or any part hereof adverse to the plaintiff herein, and that you and each of you, must answer the petition of the plaintiff filed herein on or before the 13th day of August, 2009, or said petition w ill be taken as true and judgment rendered quieting title, as prayed for in plaintiff’s petition herein and removing as clouds on the title of plaintiff, the claims of you and each of you.
