THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:

STEVE WARR, if living, and if deceased, his heirs, personal representatives, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns.

GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that you have been sued by the Plaintiff, The Exchange Bank, Skiatook, Oklahoma, an Oklahoma Banking Corporation, in the above cause in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, styled The Exchange Bank, Skiatook, Oklahoma, an Oklahoma Banking Corporation, Plaintiff, vs. White Rock, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company; Joe John Edwards; Steve Warr; and Occupants of the Premises of 19815 E. 116th St. North, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055; and that you must Answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on or before the 30th day of July, 2009, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be entered for the sums due under the promissory note, guaranty agreement and real estate mortgage which is the subject of said suit in the amount of $242,566.32, plus accrued interest through April 14, 2009, in the amount of $6,077.88, plus interest after that date at a rate of $57.27 per day, plus late fees in the amount of $2,091.52, plus abstracting and title search expense, plus advances for taxes and all sums expended for insurance or preservation of the subject property, together with all costs of this action, including a reasonable Attorney’s fee and a Decree ordering foreclosure of said mortgage, barring your interest in the following-described real property and all improvements thereon:

Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Thirty-One (31), Less that part conveyed to the State of Oklahoma, as described in Warranty Deed filed in Book 1653, Page 215, records of the County Clerk of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, of MEADOW BROOK HEIGHTS, a subdivision in Section Six (6), Township Twenty-One (21) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the I.B.&M.;, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
