NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR ORDER DETERMINING IDENTITY OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE, AND FINAL DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Notice is hereby given that THOMAS EDWARD COPP, Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF EVELYN RUBY COPP, deceased, having filed in this court his Petition for Order Determining the Identity of Heirs, Devisees and Legatees, Distribution of Estate and for Final Discharge of said Personal Representative, the hearing of the same is hereby set by the Court for the 20th day of July, 2009, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., at the courtroom of said District Court in the courthouse at Claremore, in the county and state aforesaid, and that notice by publication and mailing be given according to law to all persons interested in said estate to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said heirs of said EVELYN RUBY COPP, deceased, should not be determine, and said Estate distributed, and at the Personal Representative discharged.
