NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Roy Burgess, Deceased, that on the 30th day of June, 2009, there was produced and filed in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in the above styled proceeding an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Roy Burgess, together with a Petition praying for the probate of said Will and an order determining the individual identity of each of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Sherri Burgess, now Cunningham, the Personal Representative named in said Will, and without bond in accordance with said Will.
PURSUANT to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 13th day of July, 2009, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. of said day, in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, at the Rogers County Courthouse at Claremore, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition, at which time all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why said Petition should not be granted.
