NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION
THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
Notice is hereby given that on the 6 day of April, 2010, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., at Courtroom of the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee, in Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interest of record, if any, except the mortgages and interests foreclosed herein, on the following described property, to-wit:
Lots One (1), Six (6), Seven (7) in Block One (1) and Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8) in Block Two (2) of Rose Glen Amended, a Subdivision of Section Nineteen (19), Township Twenty-One (21) North, Range Sixteen (16), East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Lots 1, 6, 7 in Block 1 and Lots 6, 7, 8 in Block 2, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006.
Appraised Value: $120,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the Office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, and pursuant to said judgment entered in the District Court in and for Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2009-916, entitled ONB Bank and Trust Company v. Gerald L. Coast, individually, Anita Coast, individually, Gerald L. Coast and Anita Coast, Trustees of the Gerald L. Coast and Anita A. Coast Trust, dated October 23, 2003, et al., to satisfy:
FIRST: The costs of said action accrued and accruing;
SECOND: To the payment of ad valorem taxes that exist of record, if any;
THIRD: To the payment of the judgment of ONB in the amounts herein set out; and
FOURTH: The balance, if any, to be paid to the Clerk of this Court, to await further Order of this Court concerning issues of priority among the junior lien holders, if any, and disbursement of same according to priority.
Said Order reserving the right of ONB Bank and Trust Company to recall said execution by oral announcement and/or further order of the Court prior to the sale.
Persons or other entities having interest in the property, including those whose actual addresses are unknown and persons or other entities who have or may have unknown successors and such unknown successors are hereby notified.
