FOURTH ALIAS NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an Alias Special Execution and Order of Sale with appraisement issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma on the 5 day of March, 2010, in an action wherein Metz Banking Company, was the Plaintiff and Sandra L. Chapman, et al. were Defendants, directed to me, the undersigned Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding me to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

A tract of land in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, Township 20 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 10, Township 20 North, Range 15 East, thence due West for a distance of 711.04 feet to the point of beginning; thence due South for a distance of 370.00 feet; thence due West for a distance of 125.00 feet; thence due North for a distance of 370 feet; thence due East for a distance of 125.00 feet to the point of beginning.

to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Sandra L. Chapman, et al., Defendants, obtained and made in the District Court, Rogers County, Oklahoma on the 2nd day of July, 2008, on its cause of action wherein said Court found there was due the sum of $20,204.04, plus interest accruing from November 26, 2007, until date of judgment and thereafter at the statutory rate; plus court costs; a reasonable attorney’s fees in the amount of $750.00, including expenses of foreclosure and sale; and for all subsequent advances by Plaintiff, if any, for taxes, insurance premiums, or expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, and for all costs of this action. I will on the 13 day of April, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said day at the Sheriff’s Courtroom at 201 S. Cherokee in Rogers County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorney’s fees accrued and accruing. This property has been previously appraised at $100,000.00.
