CLAREMORE — SATURDAY Jan. 7

Miracles of Love Church gospel singing, 7 p.m., Andy Payne Boulevard, Foyil. Potluck dinner following.

Dance featuring music by the Round Up Boys, 7-10 p.m., at the Claremore VFW, 1717 W. Dupont. 50/50 drawing at 9:30. Admission, $5 (under 18 free, must be accompanied by parent).



MONDAY Jan. 9

Pie auction benefiting the Massmann family, 6:30 p.m., at the Sequoyah Mid High cafeteria. The Massmanns lost their daughter Mallory in a car wreck in November and their home in a fire on New Years Eve. Donations also will be accepted.



TUESDAY Jan. 10

Claremore Toastmasters Club meeting, 7 p.m., at Northeast Technology Center Claremore campus. Toastmasters Clubs help people become better leaders and communicators. Open to the public. Information: Mike Howard, (918) 519-3423.

Rogers County Retired Educators and Support Personnel, 8:30 a.m., at Eggbert’s. All legislators have been invited to attend.

WEDNESDAY Jan. 11

Foyil United Methodist Church monthly community dinner, beginning at 11 a.m. Menu includes the choice of fried chicken or meat loaf and side items for $7.

Three Rivers Artists meeting, 6:30 p.m., at Rogers State University’s Baird Hall. Gary Moeller, RSU art instructor, will demonstrate more portrait techniques. Come early to see the adjunct instructors art show. Vistors and new members welcome.

Sequoyah Middle School Student Council sponsors give back night at Cherry Berry in Ne-Mar Center. 10 percent of sales from 3-9 p.m. will be donated to the family of Mallory Massmann.
