Kimmilt, Brakefield plan Aug. 4 nuptials

Briana Leigh Kimmilt, of Adair, and Matthew Allen Brakefield, of Chelsea, will be married at 7 p.m., August 4, 2007, at Pleasant Hope Baptist Church, northwest of Adair.

The bride is the daughter of Rod and Jo Helmuth of Adair. She is the granddaughter of Cliff and Sarah Helmuth, and Betty Kimmilt, all of Adair. She is the great-granddaughter of Henry and Edith Helmuth of Adair.

Briana is a 2005 graduate of Adair High School She is seeking a degree in Social Work.

The groom is the son of Ron and Anita Brakefield of Chelsea. He is the grandson of Dorothy and the late J.B. Brakefield, and the late Wanda Morrow, all of Foyil.

Matthew is a 2000 graduate of Chelsea High School. He works as a heavy equipment mechanic.
