    A recently-released transcript of a closed Feb. 13 juvenile rape case hearing quotes the mother of the victim as agreeing to the prosecutor’s recommendation the defendant be sent to a psychiatric hospital instead of tried as an adult to face a possible prison term.

    Rogers County Lt. Deputy Mark Pease responded to a vandalism call Tuesday afternoon at Oologah Country Trailer Park in Talala. The victim called dispatch after she witnessed three juveniles (all brothers) throwing milk and eggs at her house.
