INVESTIGATION COMPLETE: Sheriff turns over info to DA's office in death of dog

CLAREMORE — Rogers County Sheriff Scott Walton has turned over the results of an investigation into a horrendous act of animal cruelty to the District Attorney's office. A person of interest has been discovered, but no arrest have been made.

Deputies found the remains of a dog Friday that had its legs tied up with wire and dragged behind a vehicle until it was dead,

Jetta, a black female lab, had recently given birth to a liter of puppies,

A $10,000 reward was offered to information leading to the capture and arrest of the person responsible
