Shoes for Souls - Rotary Club launches campaign to help orphans

CLAREMORE — Rotary Club of Claremore members this week ‘kicked off’ their six-week “Shoes for Orphan Souls” campaign, during which time, donations of new shoes or money to be used on the purchase of new shoes will be accepted.

At the end of the campaign, all shoes collected will be redistributed throughout the state, U.S. and internationally, going towards orphans in need. Collection sites will be set up in Claremore at Advanced Imaging, Oklahomes, Claremore Chamber of Commerce, or may be made to any member of the Rotary Club of Claremore. Donations of shoes and/or cash will be accepted for the campaign until Wednesday, Sept. 26.  For more information, call (918) 694-1689 or (918) 833-4134.
