Best of the Best: Foster named Top 3 physical therapist

CLAREMORE — Claremore professional and native, Brent Foster was recently recognized statewide as the “Best of the Best.”

The Oklahoma Association for Home Care and Hospice (OAHC) honored Foster, a physical therapist and 1998 graduate of Claremore High School.
Foster was named in the top three physical therapists in the state and he is putting this experience to work.
“It is amazing considering all the good therapists I have been around. It was nice to be recognized,” Foster said.
OAHC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide support, education and legislative input for all Home Health and Hospice Agencies in Oklahoma who have the responsibility of caring for our most frail and elderly who deserve the respect and dignity of outstanding, quality healthcare in their home.
Foster is moving beyond his roots with home health and has now opened a new clinic, Per4mance Physical Therapy in the NeMar Center in Claremore.
“It is wonderful to build a business in this community,” Foster said. 
He is working to bridge the gap between performance and the return to work or sport.
His unique style of care is patient focused giving them the edge to be the best when they return to normal activities, Foster explained.
The primary focus is patient care and building a strong foundation in Claremore, Foster’s hometown.
“We want to be a great provider for this area to give people the care they need to get better,” Foster said.
In addition to being Claremore alumni, Foster attended the University of Oklahoma earning a bachelor’s degree in Health and Sports Sciences. 
He served as an athletic trainer for a number of OU sports. 
Foster continued his education with OU earning his masters in physical therapy in 2005. 
He specializes in orthopedic and sport specific rehabilitation.
