CLAREMORE —
Former Claremore City Council member, mayor, businesswoman and longtime Claremore goodwill ambassador Flo Guthrie has died.
According to a spokesperson from Rice Funeral Service, Guthrie passed away early Monday morning at the age of 70. Funeral arrangements are still being made.
