3A Regionals moved to Friday at Verdigris

VERDIGRIS — Due to inclement weather, the Class 3A Regional Basketball Tournament at Verdigris High School has been moved to Friday.

Games were suppose to be played today, but Newkirk had travel concerns that shifted the games to be played on Friday.

The 3A Regional schedule for Friday at Verdigris High School will have the Newkirk girls team taking on Westville at 1:30 p.m., followed by the Newkirk boys team playing Westville at 3 p.m.

In the winner's bracket, the Verdigris Lady Cardinals will host Vian at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Verdigris Cardinals against Westville at 8 p.m.
