Paul Jones and Carol Crosby were last seen Sunday afternoon heading southeast from this boat ramp at Allen’s Point in Winganon, northwest of Chelsea. The 14-foot aluminum boat they traveled in was found partially submerged approximately two miles northeast of Allen’s Point. Jones and Crosby lived in the Winganon area.
