CLAREMORE —
Leon Hershberger is leading Scott Gouard 68.42 percent to 36.58 percent with 21 of 34 precincts reporting in the Democratic run off for Rogers County District 3 County Commissioner.
The winner will face incumbent Kirt Thacker in the November general election.
In the July primary Gouard garnered the most votes with Hershberger coming in second.
