Ganns celebrate Golden Anniversary

Dean and Frances Gann will celebrate 50 years of marriage at Foyil Baptist Church on Sept. 16, 2007, at 2 p.m. They will renew their vows at 2:30 p.m.

They were married Sept. 11, 1957, at Tahlequah. They grew up at Westville, and attended high school there. They have lived in Foyil for 41 years.

Dean worked for Peabody Coal Company, and was later self-employed when he retired. Frances was working for the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office when she retired.

They have three daughters: Anita and Steve Wilson, Pam Gann, and Sheila and Lewis Moore, all of Foyil. They have seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

They are taking a motor home trip to the New England states this month to celebrate.
