8. Approve/disapprove Resolution #2007-37 to allow Rogers County Treasurer reimbursement of funds expended to Financial Equipment Company, Jenks, Oklahoma. The warrant was received by Dolphin Capital Corporation, Moberly, Missouri, and Dolphin deposited the check in the amount of $574.00, Dolphin realized their error and reissued a warrant in the same amount back to Rogers County Clerk. The Treasurer of Rogers County is hereby authorized to received funds under this resolution for deposit into the General Fund of Rogers County, Oklahoma, for distribution to the maintenance & operation account for the Rogers County Treasurer
