Approve/disapprove Agreement for Enhanced Emergency Number Service (E911) (Features and Associated Equipment) entered into between Oklahoma Communications Systems, Inc., d/b/a TDS Telecom, an Oklahoma Corporation and the Board of County Commissioners of Rogers County, Oklahoma for fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending on June 30, 2008 for a total of $222.90; 2. Discussion with possible action on presentation by Arthur Mathews regarding the problem of bats in the Planning Commission Building and recommend some solutions regarding UV lighting, air filters and other things and discussion with possible action on temporarily moving the Planning Commission offices from their present location at 212 South Missouri and moving into the Conference Room located on the 1st floor of the Rogers County Courthouse at 219 South Missouri; 3. Discussion with possible action on continuance of temporary verbal contract with ambulance service for City of Claremore to pay for 1/3 cost of dispatching ñ (originally approved on July 25, 2005); 4. Adopt Ordinance amending Ordinance # 2002-07, providing for funds for special purposes of Municipal Government of the City of Claremore; levying tax on the gross receipts or proceeds on certain sales as herein defined; defining terms; prescribing procedures, remedies, lien and fixing penalties; fixing effective date; making provisions severable

Adopt Resolution authorizing the calling and holding of election to be held in City of Claremore on 11th day of September 2007 for purposes of submitting to the registered, qualified voters of said City the question of whether Ordinance adopted July 2, 2007 shall be approved which provides for funds for special purposes of the Municipal Government of the City, levies an excise tax of one percent on gross receipts or proceeds on certain sales as therein defined; amends Ordinance #2002-07; defines terms; prescribes procedures, remedies, lien and fixes penalties; and fixes effective date and termination date; and notifying the Rogers County Election Board of holding of such election (sales tax)
